- ALL items will be shipped with tracking codes which will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of order.
- For all 'UK Tracked Shipping' please allow 2-5 working days minimum for items to be received.
- For all 'International Tracked Shipping' please allow 7-14 working days minimum for items to be received.
- Should your package be damaged during shipping, claims are to be made through the shipping company's claims process (see below link).

- Delays in shipping once dispatched.
